I just got tagged by reading MaryW's blog while hanging out over at the Integral Institute pod at Zaadz. I have been "tagged" by others recently, but didn't feel like playing. Now I do, so here we are.

How this tag game works: I am to post 12 random things about myself, 11 which are true and 1 which isn't. You get to guess which one isn't. Some of you regular readers might see some that I have written about on this blog, so the odds of a winning pick are better. I seem to have many readers, but not many who comment, so this may be more of an exercise in disclosure than group participation. But, since you are reading this, you have been tagged. So there.

1. The Buddha is meditating on my desk at this very moment.
2. I have a Betta fish named Phyto that is 3 years old who is also on my desk.
3. I encountered Krishna in a mystic vision and was inducted into the Web of Light.
4. I crapped in my pants when I was six while climbing a rock on a cross-country trip.
5. I applied for a scholarship to attend the Integral Life Practice seminar in CA in 2006 and was chosen as a recipient.
6. I used to steal my sister's allowance money because she saved it all and I spent all mine.
7. I have used most of the commonly available illegal drugs at some point in my life.
8. I have four scars on my body that are more than 6 inches long.
9. I sang karaoke with Steve Miller of The Steve Miller Band.
10. I stood outside a record store in San Francisco waiting for Lisa Loeb to leave after a performance and said "Lisa, I love you!" as she got in her limo.
11. I collected sand dollars hidden in the white sand while snorkeling with my Dad in Florida.
12. When I was in high school, my plan was to become a PE teacher and coach.
