Adyashanti on True Meditation

I'm popping in for a quick post because I don't want that last post to send out waves for too long. I considered removing it because of its "negative" vibe; then I remembered that dark nights are a critical part of any honest spiritual path, and it's important for that truth to be out there. Anger, frustration and/or exasperation naturally arise sometimes. I find that, while it's not useful to reinforce those states through obsessive thinking, profound insight can arise if I am willing to fully explore them when they do darken my inner sky.

Moving on...

I recently experienced deeper awareness about life as meditation and felt a wonder-full resonance with the insightful words expressed by Adyashanti via his True Meditation audio CD. If you've struggled with meditation (which comes with the territory), I highly recommend checking this out.
